The Project Coordinator assists the project management team by monitoring work progress, communicating between site and office teams, and ensuring documentation accuracy to support timely project completion.
Responsibilities
✔ Coordinate daily activities between site execution, planning & QA/QC teams
✔ Assist in preparing project reports, schedules, material status & manpower logs
✔ Monitor progress vs. baseline and highlight delays & bottlenecks
✔ Track mobilization of manpower, equipment and subcontractor activities
✔ Ensure effective communication with clients, consultants & subcontractors
✔ Support site engineering team during shutdowns, commissioning & handover
✔ Maintain HSE and PTW documentation compliance
Qualifications
🔸 Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred)
🔸 2–6 years of Oil & Gas project coordination experience
🔸 Knowledge of P6 / SAP / MS Project / Excel & ERP systems preferred
