Static Foreman supports and leads technical teams in executing shutdown and maintenance activities on static equipment ensuring safety, quality and timely completion.
Responsible for leading technicians and fitters in the dismantling, reassembly, maintenance, and testing of static equipment such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns, tanks, piping and reactors. Ensures compliance with safety procedures and job sequencing.
Responsibilities
🔹 Execute job instructions from Static Supervisor/Engineer
🔹 Lead crew for opening, blinding, gasket replacement & flange torqueing
🎓 ITI / Diploma in Mechanical
🛠 Minimum 5–8 years experience in Oil & Gas shutdown/static maintenance
