The Rotary Project Leader manages the execution of all rotary equipment maintenance and installation activities in Oil & Gas projects, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, and safety adherence.
Responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all rotary equipment work including pumps, compressors, turbines, and auxiliary machinery while managing a team of technicians and liaising with clients, planning, and QC teams.
Responsibilities
πΉ Lead a team of rotary technicians for maintenance, installation, and commissioning of rotating equipment
πΉ Prepare work plans, job schedules, and manpower allocation for projects and shutdowns
πΉ Ensure equipment installation, alignment, vibration checks, and hydro testing meet OEM and project specifications
πΉ Coordinate with HSE, QC, Planning, and Project Management for smooth execution
πΉ Monitor work progress, highlight delays or bottlenecks, and report daily progress
πΉ Supervise PTW, LOTO, risk assessment, and JSA compliance
πΉ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance to technicians
πΉ Maintain all project documentation and equipment records

Qualifications
π Diploma / BTech β Mechanical or related field
