The Catalyst Handling Technician is responsible for safely performing catalyst loading, unloading, unloading, screening, and vessel entry activities inside reactors, reformers, vessels, and towers under nitrogen-inserted environments. The role requires high-risk confined space expertise, nitrogen safety awareness, and strong technical skills in catalyst operations.

Catalyst Operations
Perform catalyst loading/unloading in reactors and vessels under nitrogen atmosphere.
Report unsafe conditions & support emergency readiness procedures.
Qualifications
✔ ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification
✔ 3–12+ years experience in:
Catalyst loading/unloading
Reactor & vessel entry under nitrogen
Shutdown / turnaround projects
✔ Experience using:
SCBA / SABA
Catalyst sock loading tools
Vacuum loading systems
✔ Must understand Confined Space Entry procedures
✔ Gulf experience preferred
✔ Physically fit & medically cleared for confined space work
