We are seeking an experienced Safety Supervisor to manage and oversee HSE activities at Oil & Gas project sites, ensuring full compliance with company policies and Saudi safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training programs
Identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and enforce control measures
Ensure strict compliance with PTW (Permit to Work) system
Inspect work areas, equipment, tools, and PPE
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and client HSE representatives
Maintain safety documentation, reports, and records
Support emergency response and evacuation drills
Qualifications
✔ BE / B.Tech / Any Graduate
✔ NEBOSH IGC – Mandatory
✔ 5+ years Oil & Gas project experience
✔ 3+ years Gulf experience
✔ Strong knowledge of HSE standards and PTW systems
