We are hiring an experienced Permit Receiver for Oil & Gas project sites in Saudi Arabia. The role involves receiving, executing, and closing permits in line with the Permit to Work (PTW) system and site safety requirements.
Responsibilities
Receive and understand work permits under the PTW system
Ensure all safety precautions and controls are in place before work starts
Coordinate with Permit Issuer, Safety team, and site supervisors
Monitor job execution to ensure compliance with permit conditions
Suspend work if unsafe conditions are observed
Ensure proper permit closure after job completion
Maintain permit logs, records, and documentation
Qualifications
✔ 3+ years Oil & Gas project experience
✔ Strong knowledge of PTW (Permit to Work) system
✔ Familiar with hot work, confined space & general permits
