We are hiring an experienced Permit Issuer for Oil & Gas project sites in Saudi Arabia. The role involves issuing, controlling, and closing work permits in strict compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) system and site safety standards.
Responsibilities
Issue work permits in accordance with the PTW system
Verify risk assessments, method statements, and safety controls
Coordinate with Permit Receivers, Safety team, and Operations
Ensure all permit conditions are clearly communicated and followed
Monitor ongoing jobs for PTW compliance
Suspend or cancel permits in case of unsafe conditions
Ensure proper permit closure and record keeping
Maintain PTW logs, registers, and documentation
Qualifications
✔ 3+ years Oil & Gas project experience
✔ Strong knowledge of PTW system (Hot Work, Confined Space, Electrical, etc.)
✔ Familiar with site HSE standards and procedures
