Seeking a senior-level mechanical specialist with extensive hands-on field experience to lead maintenance activities and guide technicians on-site.
Responsibilities
Lead maintenance of rotating & static equipment
Overhaul of pumps, compressors, blowers, fans
Maintenance of valves (gate, globe, control valves), actuators
Inspection of pressure vessels, columns, exchangers
Root cause analysis for recurring mechanical failures
Supervise major shutdowns and turnarounds
Shaft alignment, balancing, and vibration troubleshooting
Manage spare parts, tools, and consumables
Ensure work execution as per OEM & safety standards
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10 years field maintenance experience
