Responsible for performing online leak sealing operations on pipelines, valves, and flanges without shutting down the plant.
Responsibilities
• Perform leak sealing on flanges, valves, pipelines, and fittings
• Use injection tools, sealants, and specialized leak sealing equipment
• Inspect leak points and prepare sealing procedures
• Follow plant safety and shutdown procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams
Qualifications
• Diploma / Technical Certification
• 5–12 years experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery leak sealing work
• GCC experience preferred
• Shutdown / turnaround project experience
