• Lead catalyst handling technicians and helpers
• Execute loading and unloading activities
• Ensure safety compliance during confined space work
• Monitor equipment and manpower efficiency
• Report progress to supervisors
Qualifications
• Technical Diploma / ITI
• 5–12 years experience in catalyst handling operations
• GCC shutdown experience preferred
