Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HSE procedures and policies
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with company and client safety standards
• Lead incident investigations and safety reporting
• Conduct safety training and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Safety
• NEBOSH IGC certification required
• 5–12 years Oil & Gas / Refinery experience
• GCC experience preferred
