The Instrument Project Engineer manages installation and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems ensuring full compliance with engineering specs and safety standards.
Responsibilities
✔ Oversee installation of transmitters, analyzers, PLC/DCS, marshaling cabinets & control valves
✔ Review control system documents — hook-up drawings, I/O lists, cause & effect charts
✔ Monitor project schedule, manpower & materials using P6 & SAP
✔ Coordinate with electrical, mechanical & commissioning teams
✔ Maintain safety and quality compliance across work fronts
Qualifications
🔸 BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Instrument / E&I Engineering
🔸 7–12 years Oil & Gas commissioning/project experience
🔸 Primavera P6 & SAP mandatory
