Performs installation, calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of E&I instruments ensuring flawless integration with DCS/PLC systems in Oil & Gas facilities.
Responsibilities
✔ Installation & termination of transmitters, sensors, analyzers, switches & control valves
✔ Calibration of field instruments using HART / DPI calibrators
✔ Panel wiring, DCS/PLC signal testing & commissioning support
✔ Preventive & Corrective maintenance (PM & CM) of instrumentation systems
✔ Use of tools: multimeter, temperature calibrator, pressure pump, communicator, pneumatic tools
✔ Strict adherence to PTW, LOTO & Hazard control procedures
Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation / E&I with 3–6 years Oil & Gas experience
